The Release of an Event App for chase live

chase live is the number one leadership conference for the non-profit sector where professionals from charities, associations, membership bodies and other non-profits come together to share best practice via peer-to-peer learning, workshops and lots of networking. The annual event is run by Hart Square, an independent CRM and technology consultancy practice.
For this year’s event, Cantarus offered to design and build a custom-made mobile app for chase live 2019 using our app platform, MemConnect.
What does the chase live app offer?
The chase live app is a completely intuitive digital experience. Features of the app include giving delegates the ability to tailor their own unique itinerary for the day’s events. Delegates could easily find out who was speaking next and where, adding events into their calendar so they wouldn’t miss a thing. On the day, the Hart Square team made good use of push notifications, which ensured that nobody missed anything important.
Hart Square found that being able to update the app with any last-minute speakers, change of biographies, timing changes and more was really great for both themselves and the delegates. They felt that this gave them an advantage over the traditional printed event guide method they had previously gone with, as everything was updated in real-time. On the whole, the Hart Square team was really pleased with how the app was and thought that it was a fantastic development for their event.

Delegates at the event provided some really positive feedback about the professional look and feel of the app and commented on how easy it was to use. Hart Square noticed that delegates were actively downloading the app on the day after seeing the app signage throughout the venue.
