If so, Cantarus is looking for you to join its growing Marketing & Business Development Team.

We are proud to be one of Manchester’s top Digital Agencies, developing some of the most highly regarded web and mobile software solutions in the industry. We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our Marketing & Business Development Team to carry out top of funnel lead activities, alongside supporting the delivery of ABM nurturing campaigns.

 

Responsibilities

As the new Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for:

  • Researching and immersing yourself in our key markets to become an industry specialist,
  • Building rapport with key decision makers at our prospect organisations,
  • Collect data and create a pipeline of business leads and opportunities,
  • Contacting leads and developing relationships to ultimately book meetings and phone calls for our senior consultants to close new opportunities,
  • Entering and maintaining of leads in our Microsoft Dynamics CRM system,
  • Social selling activity via LinkedIn,
  • Following up on email campaign activity with natural/conversational outreach.

 

Desirable Skills & Previous Experience

  • Either a Degree in a Business / Marketing / Sales related field and/or 1 year + in a direct sales environment,
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office packages,
  • Microsoft Dynamics CRM skills ideal (other CRM experience useful),
  • Ambitious, motivated and target driven,
  • Good understanding of the role of sales in both ABM and traditional marketing activity,
  • Rapport building,
  • Entrepreneurial spirit,
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
  • Excellent command of both written and verbal English.

In addition to your base salary, you will also join a commission structure to boost your earnings which will be discussed at interview stage.

 

What to Expect

  • Type: Full-time, permanent
  • Working Hours: 37.5 hours Monday-Friday with core hours between 9.30am - 4.30pm
  • Salary: Competitive & negotiable based on experience plus a generous commission model tied to performance
  • Location: Manchester (City Centre) & Flexible Working Options Available
  • Holiday: 25 days per annum, plus public holidays
  • Pension: Entry to company pension scheme after three months’ employment; employer contribution of 5% of basic salary (on top of basic salary)

  • Performance & Pay Reviews: 1-week, 1-month and 3-month on-boarding reviews. Annual pay and performance reviews.
