Client Success Support Engineer

Help to provide our clients with outstanding customer support in our UK-based, digital agency.

Overview

If you're interested in becoming a web developer but don't have the formal qualifications, our graduate conversion programme might be ideal for you joining us initially as one of our Client Success Support Engineers.

We provide a Developer Conversion Programme for candidates who are interested in a career in computer science but do not have the formal qualifications to begin a career as a developer. As part of this role, you would be part of the Client Success team providing our clients with outstanding customer support as a Client Success Support Engineer.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for technology and quality of work, and be able to demonstrate commitment to delivering quality customer service. Strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn quickly and on-demand, are all essential. We look for self-motivated candidates with a strong work ethic, capable of delivering to strict deadlines with minimal supervision.

Open Positions

Responsibilities

  • Providing quality technical support as the key contact for our clients and the Cantarus team.
  • Hands on development role, deploying and maintaining web solutions to our 90+ customers.
  • Training and skilling up as a developer via our Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programme.
  • Where appropriate, identifying new sales opportunities with the existing client base and relaying them to the sales team.
  • Testing new features and software fixes.
  • Communicating progress, issues and bottlenecks via Cantarus' reporting system.
  • Out-of-hours support rota participation for Business critical issues (additional payments and incentives provided for on-call work).

Preferred Experience

  • 2:1 or higher degree in a relevant discipline from a reputable university
  • Relevant work experience beneficial
  • Ability to work independently and multi-task

Working hours:

37.5 hours

Monday - Friday (Core hours 10am - 4pm)

Holiday:
25 days per annum, plus public holidays and your birthday
