What's In Store For Visitor's To Our New DNN Evoq Website

Phase 1 of our website – based on DNN Evoq Content and Evoq Social of course! – is live, and we couldn’t be more excited about what is in store for our visitors. We have been working very hard over the past few months to identify the features and functionality we would like for our website and what exactly it is we would like to be able to do for our clients and potential clients.
First of all our aim was to be able to show what our brand stands for: honesty, reliability, expertise and professionalism. We have worked hard over the past 10 years to establish a fantastic team and bring IT to the enterprise using best-of-breed solutions, building strong partnerships with some of the world’s leading vendors along the way. We wanted to display a strong and clear message about who we are.
Our intentions for the new site once all phases are complete, is to provide an easy to navigate, jargon-free website, with simple, easy to understand information on our products and solutions and how they can help your business; a gateway for business and marketing teams as well as IT experts, to understand what Cantarus can offer.
We wanted to make the pathway for our users easier to understand and to display information in a less technical way. Our content will be simple and clear, ensuring users find all the information they need, where they would expect it. Additionally, we will provide a superior experience on mobile by leveraging DNN Evoq Content's powerful mobile capabilities to deliver a fully-optimised mobile website, ensuring no compromises are required when accessing www.cantarus.com through mobile devices.
We will be providing rich resources, to make our user experience interactive and allow visitors to participate. By utilising video, blogs, whitepapers, info graphics and DNN Evoq Social’s comprehensive online community features, we hope to provide multiple ways of showcasing of our products and services, ensuring there is something to interest each type of visitor. We also want to share our client feedback, reaffirming our expertise and showcasing work we are extremely proud of, through testimonials and case study documents.
Through providing a ‘My Cantarus’ section for clients, we hope to provide a superior customer service solution; we want users to be able to access our services and make use of our rich account management functionality.
We want to practice what we preach. By using our website as a showcase for DNN technology, our customers can see the capabilities of our best-selling product and why we are such large supporters of this flexible, feature rich platform.
We also want to demonstrate the functionalities of the new and game-changing DNN Evoq Social solution. By providing users with a Cantarus community, we allow them to take an active role in the development of our company and products, in addition to exchanging information and ideas with users sharing the same interests. Bursting with informative content in the form of blogs (like this one), discussions, badges, user profiles and status updates, we want to interact with our visitors and provide a specialised area to hold conversations and maintain regular relationships with clients and our team.
