Timebank is our SLA-backed support model, designed to safeguard platform performance, user experience, and security, giving you confidence that your digital solutions are always in safe hands. 

You’ll gain access to a dedicated pool of Client Success professionals – support engineers, developers, data analysts, and consultants – solely focused on servicing our existing clients. This team provides the expertise and responsiveness you need without adding internal technical resource.

What's more, unused Timebank can be rolled over, giving you more flexibility in how you use your support.

Support covers: 

  • User and operational queries
  • Technical troubleshooting and incident resolution 
  • Creative or development tweaks 
  • Software vendor liaison (Umbraco, Kentico, MemConnect, Online Communities)

Annual Timeblock

Timeblock is the most flexible and cost-effective way to work with Cantarus on larger projects, digital transformation initiatives, or strategic consultancy – going beyond the scope of everyday support covered by Timebank.

With Timeblock, clients purchase a pre-agreed amount of days that can be drawn down across our entire service portfolio, from UX and design to development, integrations, analytics, and digital strategy. You’ll have access to our full team, from developers to senior strategists, with the option to extend your Timeblock indefinitely by topping up before expiry.

Timeblock supports two flexible delivery models:

  • Ad-Hoc Delivery – Use days on demand for smaller, standalone pieces of work like new features, integrations, or consultancy.
  • Agile Sprints – Structure your Timeblock into monthly or bi-monthly sprints, enabling a steady pipeline of prioritised improvements using Agile practices.

Any Timeblock over 10 effort days is uplifted with Bonus Days free of charge. For multi-year agreements, we double the amount of bonus days provided making Timeblock our most scalable and cost-effective model for long-term digital success.
