In signing the People, Culture and Wellbeing Charter, the Cantarus team demonstrates their understanding of the importance of person-centered initiatives, providing supportive measures for mental health and wellbeing in the workplace, and cultivating a positive workforce culture.

The declaration is Cantarus’ commitment to uphold the following principles:

  • Wellbeing of people and teams
  • Wellbeing through collaboration and engagement
  • Health and wellbeing strategy
  • Wellbeing resources and support

Over the coming months and years, Cantarus will continue working alongside AAL to develop its overall people, culture and wellbeing strategy and achieve and maintain the Gold level Quality Mark.

Mike Cundall, Chief Operating Officer at Cantarus, comments:

“At Cantarus, we believe that the success of our business is rooted in the wellbeing of our people. By signing the AAL's People, Culture and Wellbeing Charter, we are reaffirming our commitment to creating a supportive and positive workplace culture. We’re proud to take this step towards achieving the Quality Mark and are dedicated to continuously improving our strategies to ensure that our team’s health and wellbeing remain at the forefront of everything we do.”

Marcia Fernandes, Managing Director at the Association for Accredited Learning, adds:

“We are delighted to work with Cantarus on their people, culture & wellbeing journey.  By signing the Charter, they are making a commitment to their employees that they understand the importance of person-centred initiatives. Cantarus will continue this path, as they progress toward attaining the full People, Culture and Wellbeing Quality Mark to strengthen their health and wellbeing strategy; the golden thread across how an organisation and its people operate, communicate and engage.”
