We’re proud to share that Cantarus is now a Disability Confident Employer, a UK government-backed scheme that supports inclusive recruitment and employment for people with disabilities and long-term health conditions. 

For us, this isn’t about a badge or a tick-box exercise. It’s about being explicit in our commitment to building a workplace where people are treated fairly, supported properly, and given the opportunity to do their best work. 

Why this matters to us
