Powered by our member engagement platform, MemConnect, we built the MyECA app to complement the existing website but provide a more personalised, highly engaging user experience.
One of ECA’s core requirements for the project was having a digital platform that was easy for members to use on the go, so we worked closely with the team to advise on the best UX and UI designs that would drive significant engagement.
We built a fully bespoke sign-up journey for members, making it effortless for members to register within the app itself or log in with their existing website password if they have one. The app has increased and improved engagement between ECA and its members and provided quick access to an array of ECA information. This means there’s less need for members to contact ECA directly anymore, freeing up more of their time to focus on the important stuff.
