Cantarus CRM’s Events App extends the standard Dynamics 365 functionality so that users can easily create and track events, bookings, sponsorships, exhibitors and more from all from within the familiar environment of Microsoft Dynamics.
Event sessions can be used to build complex multi-track events, and by linking them to the standard product entities, you can easily create flexible event packages for your delegates, allowing them to choose what parts of your event to attend and which tracks to take.
Cantarus CRM’s Events App also provides a number of automated communications out-of-the-box such as booking confirmations and joining instructions, with the ability to add more automated tasks should your organisation need it.
Automatic invoicing and crediting are also offered by Cantarus CRM’s Events App, allowing you to track your events financials. We utilise the standard Dynamics 365 entities, which makes integrating with your favoured financials package a much simpler process.
Managing delegate lists in Cantarus CRM’s Events App is simple and efficient. Track venues and capacity at room or session level, with automatic waitlists highlighting oversubscribed events. Easily adjust by adding sessions, moving venues, or filling spaces when cancellations occur.
Users can book delegates, sponsors, and exhibitors individually or in groups, with payments taken directly in-app. Administrators can configure payment types, set automated promotions like early bird or volume discounts, and issue discount codes to track marketing efforts.
A rich API is also available, offering the ability to connect the app to your event’s store front, allowing delegates, sponsors or exhibitors to book onto your events quickly and easily.
Users can also manage all of their “behind the scenes” tasks and information, such as event planning tasks, event costs and event personnel. For example, you can record a speaker's biography, alongside a profile photo and any other information you may need to promote your event.
The integration is built utilising Power Automate which is a low-code workflow automation engine. Besides being a business process management platform, which automates repetitive tasks and simplifies their execution on behalf of employees, it also provides additional advantages such as integration with third party applications.
