DigiTickets Integration

The integration is built utilising Power Automate which is a low-code workflow automation engine. Besides being a business process management platform, which automates repetitive tasks and simplifies their execution on behalf of employees, it also provides additional advantages such as integration with third party applications.

Cantarus CRM have developed the following flows in Power Automate which push and pull data using the Digitickets API:

  • Pull from DigiTickets – All events and ticket Types are added to Dynamics 365
  • Pull from DigiTickets – All event bookings are created in Dynamics 365
  • Pull from DigiTickets – All membership purchases are created in Dynamics 365
  • Push from Dynamics 365 – New memberships are added to DigiTickets

By automating the flow of data between DigiTickets and Dynamics 365 it enables our customers to create a centralised view of their customer data in a CRM solution. This enables them to deliver the right message at the right time though targeted communications.

The Wallace Collection partnered with Cantarus to optimise event and membership management through a tailored Dynamics 365 CRM solution. With a custom DigiTickets integration, all ticketing and membership sales now flow into Dynamics for improved reporting and marketing.
