With over 34,000 members across the UK, the IoD is one of Britain’s most prestigious organisations at the forefront of British business.
The IoD’s website needed to represent the Institute and its members, as well as reflect its prestigious nature and the high standards that define it. It needed to serve as a central hub, providing visitors with business news, thought leadership and high-level shareable content.
The IoD’s existing website didn’t match the reputation of its service offering. IoD wanted a website that would convey a clear picture of exactly what it is the IoD do, and how they can benefit current and prospective customers.
The site’s inability to effectively promote IoD had the potential to harm the brand’s image, as well as impact membership sign-up rates. It quickly became clear that it wasn’t well-suited for their future plans. As such, together with our membership solutions partner Silverbear, we completely redesigned the IoD website to not only exceed their expectations but truly bring their visions to life.
